Felix Couchman

Felix is head of the employment department and has experience in dealing with a wide-range of employment law cases (acting for both employers and employees). He has experience in conducting employment-related litigation at County Court and High Court level as well as experience of pursuing claims through Employment Tribunals. Felix has a particular interest in bullying, harassment and “stress at work” claims as well as disability discrimination cases.
