Our family department has a nationwide reputation for delivering a high quality specialist service in all areas of Family Law.  The department is headed by Jenny Beck who specialises in complex family work and was awarded Family Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year in 2006 for her service to clients.  Our team has three partners and 14 solicitors and includes specialist accredited lawyers to help in all areas of Family Law including:

  • Divorce and Separation
  • Arrangements for Children
  • Financial and property arrangements (Ancillary Relief)
  • Domestic Violence
  • Care Proceedings
  • Adoption
  • Abduction

Our specialist team operates on a rota system ensuring that you will speak to an adviser and urgent cases can be taken on immediately. We aim to return calls from new clients within 2 hours wherever possible and always on the same day. Our rota system ensures that a named solicitor will deal with your legal problem on the day of calling..
We are committed to a conciliatory approach to all matters concerning children wherever possible and use plain language throughout the case.
We hope that our service can reduce the burden and worry of your family problems.
