Our team of experts
The Property and Probate Department is headed by Ian Duncan – member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Higher Rights of Audience in the Civil Courts.
Funding
Before you decide to instruct us we will provide you with an estimate of the overall legal fees.
Discounted rates are available depending on your ability to pay. Evidence of means will be required. Our hourly rates range between £100-£200 per hour, depending on the client’s individual needs, the complexity of the case and the level of fee earner involved. However, discounted rates are available for those on modest incomes who are ineligible for legal aid.
If this is not possible (for example because the extent of the work to be done is uncertain) we will provide you with an estimate to the next stage.
