Family Department Opportunities

We are recruiting for our busy and expanding specialist family department.  We have openings in the child abduction team and the family finance team based in Whitechapel.

Accredited Child Abduction Solicitor

We are looking for an experienced and accredited (either Resolution Specialist Accreditation or Law Society Family Law Advanced) child abduction solicitor.  You should also be experienced in handling a wide range of children law work and supervising other fee earners. 

You will have excellent client care skills. You will be used to working profitably, with targets. You will be able to market the work of the team, and contribute to business development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop this area of the firm’s practice, working with and supervising established and accredited child abduction solicitors.

Family Finance Solicitor

We have a full time vacancy for a 4-6 year PQE solicitor to join our family finance team. You will have experience of dealing with all aspects of finance on relationship breakdown ranging from personal conduct of small money cases to assisting with HNW clients. 

The role will also involve some complementary private law children work.

Technical strength and a team mentality are essential. Naturally we value a commitment to profitability and business development.
