TV Edwards LLP is currently recruiting for a Mental Health Panel Accredited Solicitor / Supervisor
We seek an experienced fee earner who is a member of the Law Society's Mental Health Panel Accreditation. You must also have LAA supervisor status and meet the legal competence requirements to be a mental health law supervisor.
You will need experience in all aspects of mental health work including representing patients detained in hospital under the Mental Health Act. You will be expected to build and maintain your own caseload.
The candidate will be an organised hard working team player. Full training and supervision will be provided on all work you will be expected to undertake. There will be an element of billing and general administration attached to the role. You will need strong administrative qualities together with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills.

Hours - 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Mon – Fri. Salary Competitive. 23 days annual leave.
