David specialises in resolving complex financial and children cases for separating couples. He is experienced in dealing with both pre- nuptial and post nuptial settlements as well as co-habitation law. He is also an experienced Collaborative Family lawyer which is the new effective way of resolving issues between separating couples. David's advocacy experience covers financial, private law children and care cases. David has given lectures and chaired conferences on legal services, family law in both finance and children law; legal aid and practice management. He has written many articles for periodicals and journals on both family law and legal aid issues. David sits as a District Judge with family and civil jurisdiction.
