David specialises in resolving complex financial and children cases for separating couples. He is experienced in dealing with both pre- nuptial and post nuptial settlements as well as co-habitation law. He is also an experienced Collaborative Family lawyer which is very a effective way of resolving issues between separating couples. David's advocacy experience covers financial and private law children cases. David has given lectures and chaired conferences on legal services, family law in both finance and children law; and practice management. He has written many articles for periodicals and journals on both family law issues.
David sits as a part-time District Judge on family and civil cases.
