Kiren is a senior solicitor and accredited specialist in the family finance team. She practises in all areas of private family law, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, associated financial settlements, disputes involving cohabitation and child arrangements.
She has broad experience in financial remedy proceedings including the ownership of companies, third party interests, pre/post-nuptial agreements and assets overseas. Kiren is committed to providing driven and focused support to her clients to lead them through the process while remaining sensitive to their personal circumstances. Kiren is increasingly instructed in complex cohabitation disputes involving trusts of land and financial provision for the children of unmarried parents.
In children cases, Kiren has particular experience in representing parents in parental alienation and intractable contact disputes promoting positive, workable solutions.
