Rebecca advises on all aspects of family law arising from the breakdown of family relationships. This includes advising on and negotiating suitable arrangements for children of married or unmarried couples following separation. Rebecca also assists clients in cases concerning allegations of domestic abuse.
Rebecca has particular experience of assisting clients to resolve disputes over financial matters following separation, including cases involving businesses, trusts and inherited wealth.
Whilst working at the Law Commission of England and Wales, Rebecca also acquired an in-depth understanding of the law regarding the enforcement of family financial orders and the requirements for a legally recognised marriage in this jurisdiction and the consequences of failing to meet those requirements.

Rebecca has previously published articles in Family Law Journal and The Review (a magazine published by Resolution).
Rebecca also provided research assistance for the 2016 edition of IEL Family and Succession Law published by Kluwer Law International.
