Sadia is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in the areas of Children Law (Public and Private) and practices exclusively in the area of children law.

Sadia specialises in complex care cases where children have suffered unexplained injuries, sexual or physical abuse and in each case substantial medical evidence is often commissioned from prominent medical experts. Sadia has a particular interest in care cases which have an international element and involve BIIR, liaison with Central Authorities and transfer of proceedings between different jurisdictions.  

Sadia has extensive experience of representing parents who lack capacity and require the Official Solicitor to act as Litigation Friend. 

Sadia regularly represents grandparents and other family members within care proceedings including where family members are abroad. Sadia also represents parents when there are disputes about living and/or contact arrangements for children. 

Sadia has experience of cases involving child abduction and has been instructed directly by the International Child Abduction & Contact Unit (ICACU). 

Sadia strongly believes in supporting her clients both in terms of legal advice and access to services to get the best possible outcome in each case.

Fluent in Spanish and conversational Italian.  Sadia is a qualified translator.
