Management Consultancy
T V Edwards LLP are asked regularly to offer management consultancy and hands on assistance, both on an emergency and on ongoing basis, to law firms in relation to: systems, gearing, productivity and targets, departmental structure, outsourcing opportunities and other operational efficiencies. Working with firms nationally, leading them to work profitably. We can, having provided our report, deliver you a bespoke operating system. To help you prepare for peer review we can conduct mock audits as well as provide you with monthly external supervision of files.
Training
From our training suite or at your premises, our courses meet the needs of both the profession and non lawyers. Choose from either our current range of courses or we can develop a course to meet your specific needs. Courses are designed to allow delegates to benefit from small group sessions and discussions in an informal environment. Our CPD accredited courses are run by specialist practitioners in crime, family, mental health, community care and housing. They cover management, costs awareness and quality assurance as well as legal updates. Our dedicated training facilities with lecture technology are available for hire.
