From our modern training suite or at your premises our courses meet the needs of the profession and non lawyers. Courses are designed to allow delegates to benefit from small group sessions and discussions in an informal environment.
Our CPD accredited courses are run by specialist practitioners in crime, family and housing. They cover management and quality assurance as well as legal updates.
Management Consultancy
In addition to our CPD accredited courses T V Edwards offer management consultancy to assist firms in improving their profitability and quality systems.
We work with firms across the country helping them to work profitably following the introduction of the Carter reforms. This includes analysis of your systems; gearing; targets; productivity of support staff and fee earners; departmental structure; outsourcing opportunities.
To help you prepare for peer review we can conduct mock audits as well as provide you with monthly external supervision of files.
