Acknowledgement of Booking
If you have not received acknowledgement of your booking by one week before the course date please telephone Christine Woolfenden 0207 791 1050.
Substitute Delegates
If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place at no extra charge. Please inform us of these changes as soon as possible and any special requirements of the substitute delegate.
Payment
Full payment of the course fee is due with the Booking Form. You and your company/firm are jointly and severally liable for payment of all fees. This Booking Form constitutes a legally binding contract.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations MUST be in writing. For bookings cancelled at least 21 days (by 5.30pm) prior to the course date we will refund the course fee.
For bookings cancelled between 21 days and 7 days (by 5.30pm) prior to the course date delegates may attend another course of equivalent value free of charge. The fee is still payable and is non-refundable.
For bookings cancelled 7 working days or less (by 5.30pm) prior to the course date the course fee is non-refundable. However a substitute delegate may attend in your place.
If the course is cancelled by TV Edwards Solicitors a full refund will be given.
