Our Family department is highly respected for the legal advice and support it offers its clients. Our dynamic and friendly team has a vacancy for a full time Client Service Co-ordinator. No legal knowledge or experience is required for this role and it is not suitable for someone seeking a training contract.

To be the successful applicant, you must have experience in customer service, ideally in handling delicate customer issues. The role will also involve building positive relationships with clients and colleagues and obtaining and processing feedback.

You must have good communication and customer service skills by phone and email and prior experience of at least one year in a client facing position. We value commitment to client care, workplace efficiency and business development and we expect a positive contribution to these areas. A willingness to learn about a new and complex area of work is vital. You must have proven organisational and IT skills, especially experience in MS Word, and Outlook, a working knowledge of Excel would be desirable. Experience of managing client data and feedback is desirable.

This role is based in our Whitechapel office. The hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
