Nathaniel started as a paralegal at TV Edwards in September 2018, and began his training contract in September 2019. He is currently working in the Actions Against the Police and Personal Injury department. He assists Ben Stanners with a range of personal injury cases as well as claims against the police and local authorities.
Nathaniel spent his first two years at TV Edwards in the Crime Department. He is an Accredited Police Station Representative and regularly attends the police station to represent clients accused of a range of offences. Nathaniel also assists with case preparation for trials in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. He recently supported a senior solicitor in preparing a multi-handed legal aid fraud for trial, which eventually secured the acquittal of our client. He worked with Head of Department Adrienne Wright for a year and advised clients accused of serious assaults, sexual offences, fraud and offences under the Modern Slavery Act.
